About Lorenzo Acosta Padron

Lorenzo Acosta Padron Taste for aesthetics. - I live in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, an island in Spain, a country bordering France and Portugal and my great hobby and profession, photography, began more than 17 years ago with the purchase of an Olympus E300. I was surprised by the wonderful technique behind digital cameras, not exempt at that time of the great shortcomings of capture in situations of high contrast or low illumination. Cameras at this time are still unable to perceive what our eyes see, but they have improved a lot in this period, expanding our creative possibilities. Taking advantage of this situation, I love the development of long exposure techniques, macros, panoramas, always with the ultimate goal of creating the best possible artistic expression. That sounds wonderful! Photography is an art form that allows me to capture ephemeral moments and beauties, and I clearly put a lot of love and passion into my work. Long exposures can create magical images, transforming lights into rivers of color and giving night scenes an ethereal quality. Macro photography, on the other hand, allows us to explore the most intimate details of nature and objects, revealing worlds hidden from the naked eye. And night photography, ah, capturing the tranquility and mystery of the night, from the serenity of a moonlit landscape to the majesty of the starry sky. Each type of photography I mention has its own charm and challenges, and it's wonderful to dive into them all. I continue to explore, experiment and create. Each image I capture is not only a representation of what I see, but also an expression of who I am. And remember, every photo is a story waiting to be told - I'll keep shooting!
